Quality place to start your Stumble towards South end of the Strip.  They have a patio available as well as a lively bar with a menu that's easy to find something you like.  Ask about any daily specials as well before ordering.  Warning: Botomless bubbles has been known to impact Stumbles longevity.

Eataly

Housing about a dozen different restaurants, bars & shops, Eataly makes for good Stumbling while staying in one spot.   The different counters get varying reviews, but let your eyes and nose choose for you and take advantage by sampling a few spots.  Check their website for events & keep an eye out for wine tasting options along with happy hours.

La La Noodle

Popular spot with a large bar and patio area offering a bunch of noodle options along with some Chinese food staples.  Their hours are a little weird, but they are open for lunch most days.  Reservations suggested for dinner, especially if there is an event / game at T-Mobile or Dolby Live.

Popular spot with reservations needed if you want a table, however there are two bars (one in shop pre entrance, another inside) you may have luck at depending on the night.  Good number of small dishes for a Stumble snack, but if you go for a full dinner, get the tasting menu.
